Sadly, most Czech people know Jesus only as Baby Jesus, the little baby who magically appears each year at Christmas to bring you gifts. Sort of like a baby version of Santa Claus, but dressed very ornately. However, as sad as this is, it can be a bit humorous at times. Last year we were introduced to the Jesus phone booth, where you can call him up and make your requests. This year we stumbled upon Jesus' Post Office. How they managed to get His mailing address is astounding... maybe they used Yahoo People Search, after all you can find everything on the internet.

All I can think about is the "Ask Baby Jesus for faster internet" commercial we heard on the radio.
Putting aside the fact how non-religious this is, they do have something going here. I think we should have a little box like this in America, for kids to "send" their requests to Santa instead of using the real mail service - and give the "reject" bin on Don's sorting machines a break!! Who would have guessed that "North Pole" is not a recognized address in the Postal Service??!!
