Check out what arrived today. Mailed from Rock Valley, Iowa on April 12. We have no way of knowing when it was actually delivered since it was in the mailbox of the house next door which was vacant until yesterday. However, I am amazed that it arrived it all since it is missing the zip code as well as the country! For those of you out there who want to attempt a similar experiment, here's the complete address (I do not recommend sending anything of value via this method!)

As stated in the blog on 03/30/05 - the announcement of your address was missing the zip code and country!! No wonder I remember thinking "this can't possibly be an actual address". I'm sure glad we got this cleared up before I shipped Lydia's drum set....
Yes, I purposely left off those bits of information because I wasn't sure the postal service would deliver and thought it best if it wasn't attempted. I forgot that I come from a long line of tenacious mid-westerners who laugh in the face of extreme challenges (i.e. 10 months of winter, tornadoes, the smell of thawing cow poo, shopping malls 1 hour away, foreign postal services...)
